Efficiency – To provide added value to our customers, we are always looking for ways to reduce waste and therefore reduce costs, including our own day-to-day processes (personal), office structure and procedures, as well as our client’s supply chain systems and processes. From the first day that a new customer or carrier partners with us, they trust that we are an extension of their team and that we will provide them with the most efficient processes to do more with less.
Respectfulness – An attribute commonly lost in the logistics industry. It can be easy for some companies to get caught up in the fast-paced environment of the logistics/transportation industry, but Axle believes it’s critical to treat our clients and carriers with respect and kindness regardless of the situation.
